SERPENTINE DRIVE BELT, REPLACE

  1. Rotate drive belt tensioner counterclockwise to release tension.
  2. Remove serpentine drive belt.
  3. Reverse procedure to install.

DRIVE BELT IDLER PULLEY, REPLACE
REMOVAL

  1. Remove accessory drive belt.
  2. Remove required drive belt idler pulley bolt.
  3. Remove drive belt idler pulley, Fig. 1.
    INSTALLATION
  4. Install new drive belt idler pulley.
  5. Install required drive belt idler pulley bolt, Fig. 1.
  6. Torque bolt to 37 ft. lbs.
  7. Install drive belt.
