Po132 grand caravan 2005, o2 high voltage bank 1….… So on and such. Keeps popping up. Replaced o2 sensor, still popping up. Help

What Causes the Code P0132 to set?
Anytime the Oxygen Sensor voltage is above 3.9902 volts for 30 seconds the code will set. Although some have seen the fault code when the O2 Sensor voltage is over 3.7 volts.
Possible Causes for Dodge Code P0132
- O2 Sensor Voltage Above 3.7 Volts
- O2 Sensor Signal Shorted to Voltage
- O2 Sensor Return Circuit shorted to Voltage
- O2 Sensor
- O2 Sensor Signal Circuit Open
