Coolant and oil mixing 08 Chrysler 300 V6

Chrysler 300

I purchased a used Chrysler 300 and the oil and collant is mixing I think it may be the valve cover that needs changing. My concern is when I turn the engine it makes a spinning noise instead of starter turning. So my question is this a possible timing issue if the ignition is spinning like a top sound. it has camshaft and crankshaft sensor that I have changed but not change the milky oil yet and have not cleared codes. Looking for the best ideal to get it back going. Thanks!!

Sounds like you have quite a few issues going on. However the major issue you are having is probably the caused by a broken timing belt. When this happens the valve will hit the top of the pistons and bend along with causing other damage. At the very least a blown head gasket on top of the bent valves.

A compression test can be performed to confirm this.
