Car shuts off while driving 2006 Buick Lacrosse

2006-buick-lacrosse

I followed your instructions on “starting disabled 2006 buick lacrosse cxl” with no success. When I turn the key on the word starting disabled does not come up. The car does shut off while driving and i get those messages when that happens. It does restart after about 2 minutes.

Also stated in that article it reads ” Research shows in most cases the issue has turned out to be related to a failing crank sensor.” What this means is that more often than not the cause of the problem was a faulty crank sensor. There may be a check engine light code stored for this but not always. Great place to start is checking for any stored engine codes. Post any codes present below in the comments.
