Cruise control went out while driving and also the no skid light stays on and cant be turned off.
Already changed out the brake switch and the cruise control switch on the steering wheel. Airbag has never deployed so assume the clock spring is good.
Question is, how can I tell if my speed sensors are bad without a good obd2 tool or, if the wires are broken?
You can check for broken wires using a multi-meter set on continuity testing. When the speed sensors fail it will cause the Cruise control to shut off and illuminate the ABS light(no skid light).

Do not reuse wiring harness routing clips, they must be replaced if removed from the mounting holes.
Grease (supplied in sensor kit) should be applied to bearing sensor interface before sensor installation to maintain a watertight seal.
- Remove the front rotor.
- Remove the wheel speed sensor mounting bolt (1) from the hub (3), Fig. 1.
- Remove the wheel speed sensor (2) from the hub (3), Fig. 1.
- Remove the wiring from the clips and disconnect the electrical connector.
- Reverse procedure to install. Torque sensor bolt to 16 ft. lbs.
REAR - Raise and support the vehicle.
- Disconnect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (1), Fig. 2.
- Remove the mounting bolt (1) from the sensor (2), Fig. 3.
- Remove the sensor (2), Fig. 3.
- Reverse procedure to install. Torque wheel sensor bolt to 17 ft. lbs.
