Had rough idle and sluggish acceleration had throttle body removed and cleaned as well as the maf. After 50 miles check engine light came on. Auto Zone couldn’t find any codes but engine is running great. Any suggestions?
Sounds like the place you went to was unable to read the reason the check engine light is on. You may need to find a better shop to diagnose your issue. Another option would be to purchase a code reader for yourself. Then you will be able to determine WHY the check engine light is illuminated on the dash. And since you stated the engine is running fine, it gives you a little time to wait for the code reader/scan tool to show up in the mail.
As long as the check engine light is NOT flashing, it is perfectly OK to continue driving it without worry that it could cause additional damage.
