i have a 1995 chevy 1500 p.k. and my fuel pump will not go off unless i disconnect the battery. i replaced the relay also unplug the computer and ingtionion switch to make sure they where not the problem. even with this all un hook if i connect the battery the fuel pump is up and running. i also figure out that if i take the relay out of the fuse panel and use a jump wire i can make it turn on or off. as soon as i start the vehicle it goes back to running all the time until i unhook the battery or jump across the fuse box
Sounds like you have a wiring issue. There is another power source getting power to your fuel pump between the relay and the pump. You will need to isolate this wire and trace it through the wiring harness… or Cut it at the relay block and run a new wire all the way back to the fuel pump…
