First thing to check would be the coolant level in the radiator.
Most likely the thermostat is stuck in the open position and needs to be replaced. Replace it. If it still continues to give you an issue use a infra-red temp gun to make sure it really is over heating. if so let me know and we will get into it a little deeper.
