No dash lights, no tail lights, no parking lights, no side marker lights. Headlights OK. Fuse for dash lights OK. Haven’t checked other fuses. Both turn signals quick blinking, three of four side marker lights don’t blink and all bulbs are good. Could these issues be related? Requesting tips to solve both. Replaced headlamp switch but nothing changed.

A fast blinking turn signal is from one of the bulbs being out. The most over looked are the front turn signal bulb along the side of the fender.
That being said. You can turn on your light switch and check with a multi-meter to see if you are getting voltage coming out of the switch and check for voltage and ground at the bulb sockets as well. This will help determine if the socket is bad or if the wiring is bad.
