sometimes start and sometimes it didnt , have to turn on and off key couple of times then pump would kick on, but then went to store turned off and hasn’t started since. replaced pump, checked relays, fuses and shut-off switch are all good but pump still not kicking on, is there something that i and not checking or over looking that is stopping the fuel pump from turning on?

Make sure PCM relay is good and check Fuse #20, Fuse R and Fuse N.
Power runs from the fuel pump relay to the shut off (Inertia) switch and then to the Fuel pump. You shout start there. You should be able to remove the relay and jump power to the terminal and hear fuel pump run. If not, check for power and ground at the pump. No power.. repair/replace wire from relay to Inertia switch and or from inertia switch to the fuel pump.
