well, there is no freeze plug in a manifold so I am going to have to assume you are talking about the freeze plug behind the front Exhaust manifold.
Being over 10 years old it would be concidered severe duty as far as labor goes as for all the extra rust, etc.
This repair shoul drun around $175.00 to $255.00 including new anti-freeze, freeze plug and labor. This is based on $85.00 per hour and 2 to 2 1/2 hours labor.
