Check to make sure you have a good ground to the starter. Make sure you are getting battery positive at the “S” terminal while someone holds the ignition key in the “START” position. If you do have both and the starter does nothing, replace it. If the starter gives a hard click and hums… Try to turn engine over with a socket on the end of the crank balancer to make sure the engine is not locked up. If you are not getting a good ground or voltage at teh starter, trace and repair the wiring.
