as soon as I start to turn right at 20 mph or higher I feel a mild thumping in the steering wheel and floor,strait ok,left ok,not wheels,tires,it starts as soon as you turn the wheel 1/4 inch,replaced both wheel bearings 2 years ago,thought it might be an axle,which bearing could it be

Sounds like it could be a front hub bearing assembly.

Could be either one. You will need to diagnose it a bit more. Possibly put vehicle on blocks and test it. Run the engine in gear and turn the wheel while someone is watching and listening at each wheel.
