I have 2001 windstar and all of a sudden, The cluster,windows,radio,blower motors and radio stopped working, thinking that it was just a fuse or relay but it was not. I checked every fuse found one for the accesorys under the dash that had no power to it, but I can’t find the cause, all fuses under the hood ok and so are relays. Now I’m thinking electronic control moduale. Need help!!!!

I would recommend getting a wiring diagram and looking to see if there is anything that might effect all of those components listed. If not, start with one component and trace it to see what is missing…a ground or power…. then proceed to locate the problem.
