my truck wont start when its cold but everything electrical comes on… what is wrong?

Most likely reason would be the battery is weak or bad connections at the battery including corrosion. The next time it will not start check for battery positive at the “S” terminal on the starter while someone holds the ignition key in “START”. If you see battery voltage and have a good ground, replace the starter. If not trace back to see where you lost battery positive.
Use the wiring diagram provided to help narrow down the issue.
