It stopped running one night on my way home from work. Like it ran out of gas. I had a New fuel pump and filter put in and still won’t run

Quick test would be to spray some starting fluid in the air filter and see if it tries to start. If it does you need to concentrate on the fuel system. If it does not, check for spark next.
