I have a Dodge Ram 3500 with a heater blower motor working intermittently

I have a Dodge Ram 3500, 5.9L engine, 4×4, manuel transmission, with a heater blower motor working intermittently.  It has now quit working.  I have changed the heater blower motor and the heater blower motor resistor.  It still does not work.

Is this a common problem as I have 2 friends with the same problem?

Please advise!

  1. I have a 2001 dodge 4×4 sport with a 360ci. engine and automatic transmission. The problem I’m having is with the trans. When it starts to shift from 2 to 3, the truck “shudders” real bad when accelerating. Also it has started making a “whining” noise, Kind of sounds like a power steering pump gone dry, but it isn’t the PS. the noise is coming from the trans. Any explanations as to what this might be?
