Blend Door Actuator Location
Under the dash located on the HVAC Housing. It appears on this diagram below under 59 in two locations on the housing. This is the diagram from the Service Manual. However the ones I remember changing on those trucks were electronic actuator motors like the one pictured. I remember it being in the center of dash underneath. You should be able to look under the dash from the passenger side and see either vacuum hoses or electrical wires. follow them going toward the HVAC housing(big black plastic chunk under dash) at the connecting point you will find the actuators. If it is the electrical type here is the replacement your need. Typically 3 screws and one plug and that is it. Found Zero installation instructions in Chilton, Motor and Mitchell Auto Repair Manuals.
