Replaed water pump,thermostat,upper and lower hose,no leaks,it only overheats with a/c on.has no electric fan,jeep does not overheat with a/c off,i am confused..

Grinding noise in front end wheel hub has been replaced, but grinding still occurring. Not sure if drive shaft or pinion bearing?
