My 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 4×4 has 72K miles, it has an intermittent vibration at all speeds above 20 mph. It runs good other than the vibration, One in ten to fifteen trips it will shift hard, not very often. I checked the wheel bearings, everything is tight. When it goes down hill it doesn’t seem to vibrated, but when it does vibrate I noticed the tachometer slightly bumps up a small bit.
My first thought is you need tires. No, I haven’t even seen them. As a test you can swap the front tires with the rear and see if you notice a shift in the vibration. This would be a pretty good test.
